Our cooking courses come with everything you need. Of course, this includes all drinks from the aperitif to the accompanying wines or a glass of beer. In addition, there are baguettes and dips in advance, so that nobody stays hungry for long. Of course we provide all the equipment. Every guest gets a printed apron, a certificate and the
recipes to take home.
Game from the Segeberger Forest:
On our doorstep there is the best venison in large forest areas. Stuffed pheasant, braised leg of venison and saddle of venison pink can be prepared very easily with a little skill. We’ll show you how to do it right.
