The Dreiklang Business and Spa Resort has just been voted the 10th best seminar hotel in Germany and the best seminar hotel in Schleswig-Holstein. We employ 50 people. Our gastronomy is sophisticated and creative. Our focus on quality starts with purchasing and continues with preparation and presentation.
The Dreiklang GmbH manages the Hotel Dreiklang in Kaltenkirchen, the Hotel Whitman at the Plöner See as well as an online trade for food. We are growing under our own steam and want to constantly expand. We will expand our hotel capacity by 60 additional rooms to a total of 180 hotel rooms by spring 2022. To this end, we will open a low-budget hotel with 100 hotel rooms. We have a central food production facility, which we also use to sell ready-made meals. Last year we became Germany’s largest mailer of ready-made Christmas geese. This segment is very important to us and we are currently setting up a new shop system with which we will also market food throughout Germany. We currently employ around 100 people and will continue to expand our workforce. Our goal is qualitative, organized growth with a high level of service for our guests, but also for the best working conditions for our employees. Our further goal is to pay the highest possible wages in the industry through perfect organization. In addition, we want to expand company services and give employees the opportunity for further training.
Your tasks
They are passionate hosts. They entertain the guests in the different restaurants. competently. You will take the guests’ orders and coordinate a smooth process together with the restaurant team. So you learn e.g. B. Reception, housekeeping, kitchen and service know and gain insights into all processes of a hotel business. On the one hand, this diverse training gives you a broad base and you will later have numerous careers within the hotel business to choose from, and on the other hand, it is often helpful to know what processes there are in other areas of the hotel. This ensures mutual understanding and you may be able to stand in for colleagues from other departments should there be a staff shortage.
